Alicia Mistry Hinds serves as Chief Operating Officer at Alloy Properties. Prior to joining Alloy, Alicia spent a handful of years at Longfellow Real Estate Partners, primarily focusing on West Coast leasing and asset management. Before Longfellow, Alicia worked on a variety of real estate asset types under Goldman Sachs’s Merchant Banking Division. In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving.

Will Miner serves as a Director at Alloy Properties. Prior to joining Alloy, Will worked at one of the world’s largest management consulting firms, providing real estate valuation and M&A services across all real estate asset types for Fortune 500 companies. Will received his B.A in economics from Wake Forest University, and in his free time enjoys reading about history and cheering on Wake Forest athletics.
