TPG Real Estate’s Alloy Properties said that Elements by Alloy Properties, its award-winning life science campus located at 10201-10241 Wateridge Cir. in the Sorrento Mesa submarket of San Diego, was selected as the new headquarters of Biotheryx, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Alloy manages Elements in partnership with West | Tech Properties.

JLL’s team of Tony Russell, Chad Urie and Tim Olson represented Alloy. Biotheryx was represented by Andrew Sexton of ReAlign Tenant Strategies. The 290,000-square-foot Elements by Alloy property was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as Best Redevelopment.
